I had a dream......

I had a dream yesterday....yes during the day. I sleep during the day most days because I work at night, all night. My dream was one of the best dreams ever. I went into labor and funny enough I was, in my dream, 24 weeks along like I am now. But in my dream, it was time. And then I skipped over the bad part ie the pushing and the pain, and was suddenly holding a little baby. Then it was time to take her home, and I had her in my arms and there was my family helping to carry out all the gifts and necessities to the car. She was blonde with just a titch of curl, and healthy and yes, because my baby will be a genius, (and because dreams are silly sometimes, obviously) already smiling. And her eyes were blue.
And then I woke up.....NOT NICE. I STILL have FOUR months left until I can really hold her. The mind can play mean jokes sometimes.

Girl...

We are officially having a girl!!!! We kind of already knew that but now we have pictures and an MD to back it up!

Update....

We find out in 1 week what the little person inside me is.....hopefully. With my luck, the kid will just laugh at us and show us its little bum the whole time.

Craving

I am not craving food.

I am craving weather.

Cool, crisp fall weather.

And color. I can't wait for the leaves to change.

I want to curl up on a lawn chair outside in the middle of September and read and feel the little one kicking, and daydream about him/her.

I can't wait.

Just wanted to let my dear, dear friends know how much I love and appreciate them. Rikki you were my rock while I was going through a difficult time. You leant me your love, your experience and your shoulder to cry on. Kaley you were my support for a wonderful and unfamiliar experience. I am sooooo glad that you were there to tell me to calm down, take a breath and just absorb and elate in the joy of the temple and to let everything going on just go for that one day.

Going to the Temple X2

First (because I still can't figure out blogger and how to put things in the order I want them) are pics from our Sealing. It was a wonderful but bittersweet day. I had some medical issues that morning and got released from the hospital just in time to drive straight to the temple. I couldn't even do my hair :(

I need something to blog about....

New York, New York

Mike and I got to go to New York last week! My brother won the trip...two round trip tickets, and two nights hotel stay...from a radio station. He and his wife were having their new baby boy that week so he gave the tickest to us!!! What a cool older brother, huh? Thanks Chad!!!

We were only there for 3 days and didn't have a lot of time, but we got to see all the famous stuff: central park, times square, rockefeller center, ground zero, and we even rode the subway. It was a pretty good trip, definitely not relaxing, but good!

What is Sealed on Earth will be Sealed in Heaven.....

In Febuary, the day before Valentine's day, I get to be sealed to my best friend, my soul mate, the love of my life!!!!! I'm so very excited for this day to come. Not only will it be a new anniversary, but our sixth wedding anniversary as well. Mike, I love you!!!
